[FR] 10 years of Live for Good: a new generation of impact-driven leaders. With Anne-Sophie Thomas and Marius Hamelot

To celebrate 10 years of Live for Good, I wanted to record a very special episode of the Positive Leadership Podcast.
I welcome two entrepreneurs whom I deeply admire and who each embody, in their own way, the spirit of our community: Anne-Sophie Thomas, founder of Gestia Solidaire, and Marius Hamelot, co-founder of Pavé®. 

For ten years now, through Live for Good, we have been supporting a new generation of young people who are building ventures for the common good. Anne-Sophie and Marius are two remarkable examples: 

• one transforms plastic waste into innovative materials to decarbonize the construction sector, 
• the other reinvents access to affordable housing for people who often have no solution in the private housing market. 

With them, I reflect on their “aha” moments, personal missions, early obstacles, the power of support, their models of impact, civic engagement, and their vision of authentic, positive leadership. 
They also share their greatest proudest moments… and their view of the future, for 2030 and beyond.
